Shipping charges depend on the destination, the cart amount, the weight of the parcel and the shipping service selected.
Your orders will be picked up by the warehouse within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday) after confirmation of purchase.
Shipping times should be calculated from the moment the package is handed over to the courier (the customer will be informed of the status of the shipment by email). Please note that all orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We use TNT, BRT, and InPost couriers for shipments in Italy.
Please note: for BRT courier shipments only, registered users on the 50 ml website will be able to view in their Customer Area (see "My Account") a temporary 18-digit code NOT active for tracking (generated when processing the shipping label).
Once the package has been entrusted to the courier, the customer will receive a shipment notification and an Active Tracking Number with all delivery information via e-mail. The customer will at that point have the opportunity to give directions to the courier regarding delivery preferences.
If the recipient is not present at the delivery location, the courier will leave a notice so that the customer can contact them to arrange the delivery. If the courier is still unable to make the delivery, the goods will be held in storage and may be returned to our warehouses. Our team constantly monitors the status of shipments, so you will be contacted by phone or email before the product is returned to our headquarters.
Shipments to remote locations (high mountain areas or small islands) involve longer waiting times.
