Replacements of purchased products, still protected by the films or seals applied by the manufacturers, are accepted if there is a valid reason for requesting them. For example, if the wrong product was sent or if the product was damaged in transit, spoiled, or expired.
Returns of opened products are not possible for personal reasons such as allergies, intolerances, and the like.
If you have changed your mind about your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible so that we can stop the order from being prepared and cancel it if it has not yet been shipped.
