WARNING: in case of returns from a non-EU country, the customer must contact Customer Service BEFORE starting the return procedure to receive all the necessary information. It will only be possible to begin the return process by following the instructions provided by Customer Service.
It may happen that a customer accidentally orders a day cream instead of a night cream, when making a purchase. But it can also happen that, due to an error on our part, the customer receives a product that is different from what they were expecting.
What should we do in these situations? How can you return the product?
Here are a few simple rules to keep in mind, when making a return.
- The return must be made no later than 14 days from the moment the order is received.
- Before sending the product back it is necessary to fill in the Return Form, or to communicate the problem by e-mail or telephone, providing the following information: order number, product purchased, name and address of the recipient. You will find useful contacts on this page.
- It is essential not to remove the product from its original packaging or damage the product box in any way, otherwise you may risk losing the right to return the product.
- The product must be returned in its complete integrity, i.e. it must not have been opened or used. Any samples or gifts received must also be returned in perfect condition.
- It is always best to pack the product and samples in the same packaging material in which they were sent, in order to avoid damages. The customer is responsible for the integrity of the product until it is returned to the sender.

The Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product, any damage suffered by the returned product or other additional costs if any.
Should any of the above points not be met, according to our Terms and Conditions, the customer will no longer be entitled to a refund.
Once we have received the return, we will analyze it and, if no problems occur, we will refund the returned product.
