Unfortunately, no. We do not use our own private courier service for shipments, but rely on large international groups (mainly FedEx and UPS). Couriers follow unpredictable delivery schedules and routes.
If you already know that you may have difficulty receiving your order, we recommend choosing a pick-up point such as a newsagent or similar as the delivery location, or providing an address where someone is always available to receive the order.
In some cases, after shipment, it may be possible to change the delivery directly on the courier's website.
