Shipping charges depend on the destination, the cart amount, the weight of the parcel and the shipping service selected.
Your orders will be picked up by the warehouse within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday) after confirmation of purchase.
Shipping times should be calculated from the moment the package is handed over to the courier (the customer will be informed of the status of the shipment by email). Please note that all orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
European Union
EU countries are served by FedEx, UPS and DPD with their road service. The average shipping time is 2-5 business days. Shipments to islands or remote locations may take longer.
United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway
United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are served by FedEx or UPS with their road service. The average shipping time is 2-5 business days. Our shipments are DAP (delivery at place), which means your package may be held for customs inspection.
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or other charges applied by customs authorities are not calculated at checkout, as they depend on the destination country's customs clearance procedures and are beyond our control. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or the courier responsible for delivery.
Additional Costs for Shipments to Islands
Shipments to islands may be subject to additional costs.
Please note that in some cases, the shipping fees automatically calculated during the ordering process may not be sufficient to cover the cost of air or sea freight required for delivery.
If shipping surcharges apply, our customer service team will contact you before shipment to inform you of the additional amount required.
You may choose to proceed with the additional payment or request cancellation of the order and a refund.
Non-European destinations
We use air services for shipments to non-European destinations.
It is important to distinguish between two types of products shipped by air: goods classified as dangerous according to international regulations, for which specific packaging and documentation are required, and those classified as non-dangerous.
All perfumes, diffusers and products containing alcohol with a capacity greater than 30 ml, and all aerosol bottles are classified as dangerous goods according to IATA regulations.
In contrast, skin, body and hair care products, make-up, candles and perfumes with a capacity of 30 ml or less are considered non-dangerous goods.
These are the services we offer for non-European destinations: FedEx International Express, UPS and United States Postal Service.
